In these Terms of Use, references to:

  1. ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ mean the business operating as Agricultural Management Company Pty Ltd and our related entities; and
  1. 'information' means the information, data or materials sold, licenced or otherwise made available to you by us. 

Amendments to Terms of Use

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use from time to time. Amendments to these Terms of Use will be effective immediately upon notification on our Website. Your use of the information following such notification will represent your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use as amended from time to time.


We do not accept responsibility for any action, claim, demand, loss (including consequential loss) and/or costs (including legal costs) however caused (including through negligence and/or wilful misconduct) which you may directly and/or indirectly suffer and/or incur in connection with your use of and/or reliance on the information, whether or not legal proceedings are instituted.

The information does not take into account your individual needs, objectives or circumstances, and it is does not constitute legal, financial, taxation or other advice. Any reliance on, and use of, the information is at your own risk.

To the extent permitted by law, any condition and/or warranty which would otherwise be implied into these Terms of Use is excluded. Where legislation implies any condition and/or warranty and that legislation prohibits us from excluding and/or modifying the application of and/or our liability under that condition and/or warranty, that condition and/or warranty will be deemed to be included but our liability will be limited for a breach of that condition and/or warranty to:

  • if the breach relates to goods:
    • the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
    • the repair of the goods;
    • the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
    • the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; and/or
  • if the breach relates to services:
    • the supply of the services again; or 
    • the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

Nothing contained in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies the application of any condition, warranty or other obligation, the exercise of any right or remedy, or the imposition of any liability under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other national, State or Territory legislation where to do so is unlawful.


You release and indemnify us and/or our related bodies corporate, officers, employees, agents and/or contractors against all actions, claims, demands, losses (including consequential losses) and/or costs (including legal costs) directly and/or indirectly suffered and/or incurred as a result of:

  • a breach by you of these Terms of Use; or 
  • your use or misuse of the information;

whether or not legal proceedings are instituted and, if such proceedings are instituted, irrespective of the means, manner and/or nature of any settlement, compromise and/or determination.

Specific warnings

You will ensure that your access to the information is not illegal and/or prohibited by laws which apply to you.

Whilst we have no reason to believe that any information contained in the information is inaccurate or illegal, we do not warrant the accuracy, adequacy, legality and/or completeness of that information, nor do we undertake to keep the information updated in any regard.

Intellectual property rights

You may download and print the information for your own personal or internal business purposes only. You are not allowed to modify, adapt, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, incorporate in other works (whether electronic or not), transfer, or sell any of the information, or our social media sites, without our written consent.

Termination of access

Access to or use of the information may be terminated at any time by us without notice. These Terms of Use will nevertheless survive any such termination.


We accept no liability for any failure to comply with these Terms of Use where that failure is due to circumstances beyond our control. If we waive any rights available to us under these Terms of Use on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived on any other occasion. If any of these Terms of Use are held to be invalid, unenforceable and/or illegal for any reason, the remaining Terms of Use will nevertheless continue in full force.

Governing law

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
