These days, AMC has grown into an owner operator primary production business however retains the knowledge, experience and intellectual property of operating successful agribusinesses across the country.

Alignment of interests is important to AMC’s business model and culture.
We achieve this through:

Having an owner, operated company. We are going through the same things as other producers.

Investing in our own projects, products and initiatives. We put our money where our mouth is and then offer our learnings to our customers.

Incentivised team according to achievement of performance and milestones.

We avoid conflicts of interest often associated with large multinational firms.
